You must cancel your membership at least 3 business days before your next order is scheduled to ship, to avoid being charged for the next delivery.

CAN I FREEZE MY ACCOUNTI F I NEED TO?

Yes. We want to be as flexible with our customers as possible. Please call us at our customer service number 1-888-666-7715 or you can email us if you need to discuss freezing your account for a period of time.

IS NITROCUT® A FREE TRIAL PRODUCT? I’VE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST WITH FREE TRIALS.

NO. Nitrocut® is NOT offered as a free trial and we do not do free trials billing. If you currently have a free trial product that you are trying to return, it is not Nitrocut® .
